You can find the visa-free country list on www.evisa.mn. If you are from the USA, EU, Australia, you don’t need a visa for up to 30 days. If visa is needed, you should apply for your visa no later than 30 days prior to departure. If a letter of invitation is required when applying for visa, our company can provide if necessary. 

Each rider must have their own travel insurance and provide a copy of the insurance. Our company does not cover health / travel insurance. 

Deposits and Payments:
< 1,000 eur deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your tour spot. This amount will be deducted from the total payment of the tour. Remaining balance should be paid at least 90 days before the start of the trip. Payments need to be transferred by bank transfer.
< Before starting the ride, 500 eur security deposit is required to cover eventual damages to the bike or loss/damage of any other gear provided. This amount will be fully refunded after the tour. You can pay the security deposit by cash.

*Tour payments can only be transferred by bank transfer. We do not accept online card payments yet. You will receive an official invoice from us with all the details once you have submitted our online booking form.

Refund & Cancellation:
- In case of cancellation 30-60 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the tour price will be retained by the Company.
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the tour, full amount of the tour price will be retained by the Company.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If you have special dietary requirements or food allergies, please kindly inform us when booking. We have a private chef on each tour and can accommodate your dietary requirements. 

All hotels and Ger camp fees are included in the tour price. You will stay at a hotel in Ulaanbaatar city on your first and last night.

During the tour, we will stay in ger camps & camp outdoors in tent. Each rider will be provided a separate camping tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mattress, blanket, and camp light. 

Yes, we organize custom tour for a private group. Our minimum group size is 8 riders, and a maximum of 13 riders. 

The percentage of on-road & off-road depends on the tour duration & route. Our tours are available for Level 1, 2, 3 riders:

Level 1 – Beginner & Intermediate (Rides mainly on-road, have some off-roading experience, comfortable riding on different terrains)  

Routes will primarily focus on more accessible and gentle terrains. The tour will include a mix of on-road and off-road sections, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all participants. The emphasis will be on exploring picturesque landscapes, cultural sights, and the beauty of Mongolia's countryside.

Level 2 – Experienced & Skilled (good skills and techniques riding through diverse landscapes, encounter exciting trails)

We will offer a balanced mix of on-road and off-road sections to cater to their higher skill level. Tour routes will include moderate off-road paths that provide a sense of adventure and thrill, along with scenic on-road routes to appreciate the diverse beauty of Mongolia.

Level 3 – Excellent skills (highly skilled and experienced riders seeking an adrenaline-fueled adventure)  

Routes will be predominantly off-road, with challenging terrains to match their exceptional riding abilities. Tour will involve more technical and demanding trails, offering an adrenaline-pumping experience for those seeking a high-level adventure.

Safety is our top priority - depending on the group’s level, our team will adjust the routes accordingly to ensure that all riders can comfortably and confidently navigate the journey.

Support vehicles: Toyota Land Cruiser 200, pick up trucks

Support vehicles will accompany the riders during the whole tour to ensure safety and comfort.

The vehicles will also carry all the riders luggages, bottled drinks, snacks, spare fuel, motorcycle spare parts and tools.

We’ll be riding in remote places where cell service is usually not available. However, we have a Starlink satellite internet, therefore riders can enjoy internet service after the ride. 

All essential camping gears such as camping tent, sleeping mattress, sleeping bag, camping chair, table, utensils will be provided by our company. Riders must bring their own riding gears, personal items and comfortable clothes. 

Yes. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay are all accepted. However, in some remote places, only cash is accepted. You can take cash from ATM machine when you are in the city.

Yes, non-riders are welcome to join, tour price quotes are available upon request. Friends / family members can join and travel with us in our support vehicles.
